Your wellness starts with you. Start out by creating your health and weight loss goals .This is important to reaching your destination fast.

Do you want to have a great shape on the outside, while on the inside you feel real good? Then here are five hot tips that will make you reach your goals fast.

Set a goal

Most people don’t take goals setting serious; but to achieve anything in life, you have to set goals. To lose weight or look good you have to set yourself a goal. Your goal is your plan; it is the roadmap and guide that tells you how to get to where you are going. To make your goals effective you have to write them down and put them where they can be seen.

Affirmations

Use affirmations to get you started on a positive note. When you wake up each morning, spend a few minutes lying down, take a moment to refresh your spirit with God and think out an affirmation that addresses your health need or other needs e. g. you would say something like I am beautiful, I am healthy, I have good looks, people find me attractive to be with and I get along with people e. t. c. Try it out, write it out, work with it, see how it feels.

Eat Breakfast

Skip a meal and send your body into a panic. Three small meals a day are better than trying to cut down on your meals. A good breakfast gets your body machine working again after nearly twelve hours fast.

Exercise

Start your day with an exercise. Think out what you like to do; walking, skipping, jogging a few minutes each day. Use the staircase instead of the lift. Burn more calories as you move. Don’t be glued to your office seat the whole day; learn to walk around so you can burn more calories.

Drink water
